O projektu

The project is focused on the investigation and development of transformation optics based landmarks for a high accuracy passive indoor localization. The originality of this approach lies in the development of an ultra-wide angle focusing device integrated with a single passive radiofrequency identification tag. In contrast to existing solutions, this proposal deals with enhancing angular and readout range detection capabilities of the device. The results of this project will serve as a design methodology for self-navigating devices, e. g. in the case of autonomous firefighting.
