As of today, the existing building infrastructure, mainly in older neighbourhoods (>3 years), is not designed for the provision of e-mobility. Load peaks at certain peak times put a strain on the power grid, its quality and thus the security of supply of the resource electricity, the population. Therefore, the question rightly arises: is a blackout pre-programmed by electrification?
