The subject of the contribution is to study the possibility of using a by-product of the production of filtering diatomaceous earth - waste diatomaceous earth, which, due to its chemical composition, has the potential for use as a supplementary or pozzolanic component in cement, not only to reduce the environmental impact, but also to increase the utility properties of this inorganic binder.
