Abstrakt

1-WP06-003 (TN01000026/1-V15) - The advanced HP turbocharger was manufactured and assembled, it was tested at PBST testing facilities to verify its performance. The testing will continue and the turbocharger will be used in future R&D projects. The performed test confirmed smooth turbocharger operation within whole speed range. The measured efficiency was increased, this will positively influence engine fuel consumption and improve significantly boost system acceleration at transient conditions.
