Originální abstrakt

Measurement based on a thoratic electrical bioimpedance (TEB) is non-invasive method able to measure continual cardiac output with the same clinical accuracy as invasive methods. Averaging process for absolute value bioimpedance is essential. This is the reason why those methods are not able to measure cardiac output (CO) beat per beat. Problem solution is measuring system with complex signal, high dynamic range and good phase coherence. Only such system can analyze parameters of cardiovascular system beat per beat.
