Originální abstrakt

This work is focused on the determination of phosphodiesterase 5 selective inhibitors in communal waste waters. At first, the analytical method was optimized and then applied on real waste water samples. Solid phase extraction (SPE) was used for the pre-treatment of waste water samples. For identification and quantification of the studied compounds, high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS) was used.
