Time-resolved FRET-FLIM microscopy used to time-resolved FRET AB by Lightgate function of the hardware setup Leica TCS SP X with HyD detectors. Time resolved FLIM is evaluated from the stack of images acquired in different time values after the excitation. The effectifity time-resolved FRET is tested.
