Cílem je 1) otestovat výkonost/spolehlivost ochran střídačů zabraňujících ostrovnímu provozu (OP), 2) nalézt střídače, jejichž ochrany proti OP jsou málo účinné, či neúčinné, nebo takové střídače, u kterých lze tuto ochranu deaktivovat či zmanipulovat tak, aby byla málo účinná či neúčinná (včetně vazby na další ochrany (nadpětí/podpětí, nadfrekvence/podfrekvence). Etapa je rozdělena na následující části: - Zkoušky ochran střídačů proti OP v souladu s ČSN EN 62116 ed.2: 2014 u vybraných dostupných střídačů. - Úpravy parametrizace ochran střídačů proti OP za účelem jejich deaktivace nebo omezení citlivosti, pro možnost zkoušek přechodu střídačů do OP. - Předběžné zkoušky rozsahu podmínek pro udržení střídače(ů) v nezáměrném OP.

The objectives are 1) to test the performance/reliability of inverter protections preventing islanding ("IP"), 2) to find inverters whose protections against IP are ineffective or inefficient, or inverters where the protection can be deactivated or manipulated to be ineffective or inefficient (including the link to other protections (overvoltage/undervoltage, overfrequency/underfrequency). The stage is divided into the following parts: - Testing of inverter protection against IP in accordance with EN 62116 ed.2: 2014 for selected available inverters. - Modifications to the parameterisation of the inverter protection against IP to deactivate it or to limit its sensitivity, to allow testing of the inverter transition to IP. - Preliminary tests of the range of conditions for keeping inverter(s) in unintended IP.
