Úkolem tohoto revizního znaleckého posudku bylo provést komplexní analýzu nehodového děje při střetu vozidla Citröen s chodcem. Přezkoumat znalecké posudky, podané znalci v oboru doprava, odvětví silniční a městská a zodpovědět uvedené otázky položené opatřením soudu. Na vznik a průběh předmětné nehody je možno usuzovat z fotodokumentace nehody, rozsahu a způsobu poškození vozidla, z korespondence poškození vozidla a z výpovědí řidičů a svědků dané DN.

Anglický abstrakt

The task of the expert opinion of the review was to conduct a comprehensive analysis of traffic accidents in crash between vehicle Citroën and pedestrian. Examine the expert opinion given by experts in the field of transport, road and urban industry and answer the questions put by the court action. On the origin and course of the accident in question can be deduced from photographs of accident, extent and manner of vehicle damage, damage to the vehicle from the correspondence of damage and the testimony of witnesses and the drivers of the traffic accident.
