The course Business Idea Development and Realization II (RaRPN II) is taught in the winter semester and builds on RaRPN I. Its aim is to broaden students' knowledge and skills in the areas of sales, business skills and negotiation, knowledge transfer, intellectual property protection, basic business law (especially drafting basic business documents and contracts), presentation skills, basic HR and networking (creation, development and functioning of teams, cooperative activities). In addition, students will learn the basics of business economics, including costing, budgeting, investment and economic risk assessment methods, and revenue stream. The course also includes systems for supporting start-ups and spin-off companies, not only at the university level.A prerequisite for registering for RaRPN II is completion of RaRPN I or development of a basic business plan in the form of Lean CANVAS.The aim of the course is:
