Podpora výzkumu v oblasti rozvojových přístupů podniků v současném pojetí tvorby hodnoty pro zákazníka s důrazem na komplexní pojetí hodnototvorných činností. Jedná se o systémový pohled na podnik jakožto součást inovativního hodnototvorného podnikatelského prostředí ovlivňovaného aktuálními ekonomicko-společenskými trendy. Projekt vytváří platformu pro propojení výzkumné a tvůrčí činnost Ústavu managementu s jeho pedagogickou činností na všech stupních vysokoškolského studia, čímž reflektuje požadavky praxe.
