Electrical Machines

Basic laws used in theory of electrical machines. Magnetic circuits and their calculations. Equivalent circuits. Principles of design. Power flow analyses. Transformers, DC and AC machines construction and operation. Single phase induction and commutator motors. Speed control of electrical machines. Generalized machines theory.
