International Evaluation Panel (IEP) Evaluation Report

IEP prepares a structured Evaluation Report covering in a given structure:

• Modules 1 and 2 assessments
• Evaluations of university units (module 3)
• Summary evaluation of the university (module 3)
• Modules 4 and 5 assessments

The report includes IEP’s overall conclusion and findings from the on-site visit.

The Ministry reviews the report for completeness and may request revisions. The report is used in final deliberations involving the Ministry, Research, Development and Innovation Office, Czech Conference of Rectors, and invited guests.

Rector’s Statement to the Evaluation Report

The university receives the Evaluation Report before the final discussion. The Rector can submit feedback within 10 days, highlighting any overlooked or insufficiently considered points. The Ministry may forward the statement to IEP and request a response or revision.

Discussion of Evaluation Results

The final results are discussed by the Ministry, Research, Development and Innovation Office, Czech Conference of Rectors, and guests. A protocol is prepared which includes:

• All module evaluations
• University rating on A-D scale according to Methodology 17+
• Justifications of result

Results and recommendations are discussed with the university management.
