Sustainable University

What we do


We want to contribute to the mitigation or elimination of the negative effects of the current development of human society and contribute to the achievement of sustainable development as defined in the Green Deal. We also want to coordinate our activities systematically with regard to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which take into account the social, environmental and economic dimensions.

We have designed the BUT's sustainability strategy and action plans to support the existing UN Sustainable Development Goals.
This makes the most sense to us - these goals help address the biggest global challenges facing society and they encourage organisations and institutions to look at problems from different angles.
