In her teaching, she connects theory with practice and cooperates with many companies, including non-profit organisations. Her research focuses on the use of smart technologies, the digitalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and visual pollution.

focuses on supporting entrepreneurship and developing the innovation environment at Brno University of Technology. He is involved in the activities of the BUT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem contriBUTe, where he works with students, researchers and companies to create conditions for the development of innovative projects and technology transfer. As part of his professional development, he completed a Fulbright scholarship, which provided him with international experience and new insights for the development of innovation activities at the university.
focuses primarily on doctoral students and their academic development at Brno University of Technology, including academic writing, presentation skills, science communication and international competence frameworks for researchers. She teaches both full courses and individual seminars, and also supports doctoral students through individual consultations and academic mentoring. As a member of an expert group for the development of university teaching and of the BUT EULiST Teaching & Learning work package group, she also contributes to the development of pedagogical competences and the teaching mindset of doctoral students and academic staff.
works at the BUT Central Library as a specialist in open science and research data management. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. At Brno University of Technology, she supports researchers in research data management and participates in the teaching of courses and training sessions focused on secure data management.
is a mechanical engineer, businessman and manager. In 1994, he founded his own trading company, WHP Technik, through which he introduced the British manufacturer of high-end measuring technology, Renishaw, to the Czech and Slovak markets. For more than two decades, he served as CEO of Renishaw’s representation for the Czech Republic and Slovakia and developed it into the largest branch of this global company in Central and Eastern Europe.
In 2024, he returned to his alma mater, where he currently serves as Head of the Knowledge Transfer Department. The purpose of his work at Brno University of Technology is to help ensure that the results of excellent scientific research are successfully applied in practice.
works at Brno University of Technology as Head of the Project Support Department within the Project Support and Knowledge Transfer Office of the BUT Rectorate. Her work focuses on the strategic preparation, coordination and administration of national and international projects, support for the university’s research and educational activities, and the development of project management across BUT units. She is also involved in activities related to knowledge transfer and is a member of the TA CR projects working group and the BUT Industrial Council.
