The course focuses on the theoretical definition of key principles, methods and tools of project management. The course is based on the internationally recognised PRINCE2, PMI and IPMA methodologies and reflects current trends in project management. Students will acquire knowledge and skills useful in planning, implementing and controlling projects at lower and middle levels of business management. The course emphasizes the practical application of theoretical knowledge in real business and project environments.

Aims
The aim of the course is to provide students with a systematic overview of the principles, methods and tools of project management in the context of modern business processes. The course is based on international standards of project management (PRINCE2, PMI and IPMA) and reflects current trends in the field, including the possibility of financing projects through subsidy programs.

The course focuses on the theoretical definition of key principles, methods and tools of project management in the context of ICT project management and enterprise information systems. The content is based on the internationally recognised PRINCE2, PMI and IPMA methodologies and reflects current trends in project management such as agile management, digitisation of processes and the use of modern software tools.
