This subject will introduce fundamentals and principles of present project management with regard to international metodologies. Students will learn new methods that are used in managing of projects and its computer tools during proposals and managing projects.

EXAM
The exam is written and consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the practical application of selected project management methods and tools and assesses the student’s ability to perform basic calculations, interpret the results, and apply project management principles to specific situations. The second part consists of multiple-choice questions with one correct answer. The third part consists of open-ended questions focused on understanding, applying, and integrating knowledge from different areas of project management.
