Quality ensuring in marketing, in pre-production preparation, in supplying, in production and its controlling. Quality protection after production.

Basic features of TQM (Total Quality Management), summary of modern accesses according to TQM recommendations.
Role of ISO, EN and ČSN standards in control systems, ISO 9000 access against TQM access.
