On the project

Národní infrastruktura pro biologické a medicínské zobrazování Czech-BioImaging je distribuovanou výzkumnou infrastrukturou špičkových zobrazovacích pracovišť, která od roku 2016 poskytuje uživatelům otevřený přístup k širokému portfoliu zobrazovacích metod, např. pokročilé světelné mikroskopii, fluorescenční mikroskopii, super-rezoluční mikroskopii, kryo/elektronové mikroskopii, přípravě vzorků, magnetické rezonanci, tkáňovému a orgánovému zobrazování, zobrazování pomocí magnetických částic a analýze obrazu.

Description in English
The aim of Czech-BioImaging is to continue to develop a harmonized national network that coordinates the development of biomedical imaging, raises awareness of progressive imaging methods among the scientific, medical and application community, sets standardized open access to imaging devices and creates educational programs and courses for this field. As a result, there is a significant qualitative stimulation of research activities in biomedicine and facilitation of the acquisition of technologically advanced knowledge by the entire spectrum of biomedical departments in the Czech Republic - also due to the synergistic positive effect due to the creation of new valuable collaborations between domestic and foreign facilities.
