The BUT Career Rules are in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the BUT, the BUT Personnel Strategy, the BUT Code of Conduct and other legislations and documents. The BUT Career Rules regulate the position of employees, focus on supporting their career development with the aim of continuously improving the quality of educational, creative and other related activities and creating a stable, fair and transparent environment for all.
The principle on which the BUT Career Rules are based is the consistent application of the principle of equal opportunities, the removal of all the barriers that limit equal opportunities and the creation of conditions that promote a balance between personal and professional life.
