Would you like to develop your skills in technical fields, IT, chemistry, or even drawing? Brno University of Technology is offering new courses for the public. Interested individuals can choose from a range of lifelong learning programmes or autumn art courses.VUT offers education to the general public. | Author: archiv FaVULifelong learning is an attractive form of study for anyone who wants to broaden their horizons in their free time, thanks to its accessibility and flexible options. Each course is designed to help improve professional skills and contribute to personal development.
These studies are suitable for the general public, for those interested in retraining, as well as for former students who wish to reapply to BUT after unsuccessful studies. Through lifelong learning, it is possible to complete missing courses and, after being readmitted to the university, continue from where previous studies ended. After successfully completing a selected course, participants receive a certificate of completion.
Lifelong learning courses are currently offered by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Information Technology, the Faculty of Chemistry, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Business and Management, and the Institute of Forensic Engineering. Applicants can choose from a wide range of courses—from Machine and Instrument Design, to Special Toxicology in the Environment, Electronics for Information Technology, and Road Accident Analysis.

In addition to lifelong learning, art enthusiasts can take part in afternoon drawing courses organised by the Faculty of Fine Arts. The classes are intended for both beginners, who will acquire basic drawing skills, and advanced participants, for whom the course provides space to further develop their individual abilities in expressive drawing. Participants attend the courses under the same conditions as full-time students,
There is a tuition fee – the price for each course is stated in the online application.
