The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of high-frequency components of the P wave. The aim was to design an algorithm for precise alignment of P waves and to assess the frequency range in which the P wave can be reliably analysed and distinguished from noise. Two independent methods were employed: a method based on spectrogram and method using predefined frequency bands. The quality of the components was evaluated using signal-to-noise ratio. The methods were applied to a dataset of 100 patients, including healthy patients, patients with an implanted pacemaker and patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. The results show that for healthy patients, the reliable frequency range lies approximately around 140 Hz. In the band 60-150 Hz, the SNR was higher in the healthy patient group than in patients with cardiac disease. High-frequency maps allowed visualization of depolarization propagation across leads.

Studentka prezentovala výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. Doc. Gumulec položil otázku: Co je vstupem do grafů? Kde se projeví frekvenční pásmo ve výsledném grafu? Ing. Němcová položila otázku: Jak je reprezentován graf, který je podobný spektrogramu? Studentka obhájila bakalářskou práci a odpověděla na otázky členů komise a oponenta.
