This work focuses on the development and characterization of a multifunctional Janus hydrogel for biomedical applications. The hydrogel was designed with an asymmetric structure that combines mechanical stability, electrical conductivity and adhesive properties. The matrix is made of a synthetic polymer, crosslinked by the physical method of freezing and thawing to ensure biocompatibility. The hydrogel contains a conductive component for the transfer of electrical charges. Analyses of the structure, swelling, rheological and mechanical properties were performed, as well as measurements of electrical conductivity using spectroscopy. The obtained results confirm the potential of the hydrogel as a stable, biocompatible and conductive solution for multifunctional applications.

Student prezentoval výsledky své práce a komise byla seznámena s posudky. Prof. Augustynek položil otázku: Máte představu pro co konkrétně bude materiál použitý? Co všechno se dá měřit? Ing. Zumberg položila otázku: Jaká byla podle vás příčina takové nízké viability? Student obhájil bakalářskou práci a odpověděl na otázky členů komise a oponenta.

Reasons for publication postponement
Publication of the final thesis has been postponed in compliance with the provisions of Section 47b (4) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on the Higher Education Institutions and on amendments and supplements to other acts, as amended.
The topic of the bachelor thesis is part of a larger research project solved in the BioEngMat research group and the results measured within the experimental part of BP will be used in a scientific publication.
