Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of a construction technology project for the rough superstructure of Object III of the Horácká multifunctional arena in Jihlava. It is a seven-story building without a basement, which provides auxiliary functions for the operation of the arena. The structural system is a monolithic reinforced concrete column frame. The first above-ground floor is used for commercial purposes and a fan shop, a pub is located on the second floor, the third and fourth floors are designated for accommodation, and the fifth floor together with the seventh above-ground floor serve sports purposes. The thesis includes a technical report for the technological stage, a layout of wider transport relationships, a bill of quantities for monolithic structures, and a technological procedure for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the construction site organization for the rough superstructure, the construction schedule, the design and assessment of machinery sets and mechanisms, an inspection and test plan and occupational safety are addressed.

Student představil svoji bakalářskou práci v celém svém rozsahu a dílčími komentáři k návrhu. Následně student zodpověděl dotazy oponenta.
