The bachelor’s thesis is based on the provided project documentation concerning the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The development is located within the new residential complex Vila Park Tabulový Vrch, which consists of a group of three-storey villa-style apartment buildings. The buildings are founded on large-diameter piles. The piles support a foundation slab made of waterproof concrete, followed by perimeter walls also constructed from reinforced concrete. The above-ground structure consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete system combined with masonry walls. The roof is designed as a flat, inaccessible roof. The building envelope is insulated using the ETICS external thermal insulation composite system. The thesis focuses on the technological phase of the substructure construction. It includes a technical report, a site layout plan with broader transport route connections, a coordination site plan, technological procedures for earthworks and waterproof concrete (“white tank”) concreting, a proposal for the machinery assembly for the substructure works, inspection and testing plans for earthworks and white tank concreting, and occupational health and safety measures. Furthermore, the thesis contains a bill of quantities with a cost estimate, a construction schedule, and a construction site organization plan for the substructure phase, including site facilities and workforce requirements. In parallel with the bachelor’s thesis, a 3D model demonstrating the sequence of partial construction works was created. Finally, a noise study illustrating the development of noise levels on the construction site was prepared.
