This thesis focuses on correlative probe and electron microscopy. The introductory section summarizes the applied techniques, followed by a comprehensive description of the instrumentation and measurement principles. The developed method utilizes a probe detector equipped with an optical fiber, enabling the simultaneous recording of topography and secondary electron signals alongside photoluminescence or cathodoluminescence intensity mapping. Furthermore, integrating a spectrometer allows for point measurements of the spectral dependence for both luminescence types. The methodology's functionality and the achievement of submicron resolution were successfully demonstrated through correlative measurements of a Ce:YAG sample. The results further revealed the influence of the excitation laser wavelength on the photoluminescence signal intensity, demonstrated a strong correlation between the photoluminescence and cathodoluminescence spectra, and identified the instrumental limitations of the technique.
