The conceptual solution of the method of height conversion from the Balt system after adjustment to the WGS84 height system (EGM08) was developed to meet ICAO requirements. A conceptual solution was developed to create an automated technology for the aforementioned conversion in the Czech Republic using available quasi-geoid height data, GPS measurements at leveling points on the one hand, and geoid undulation data in the EGM08 system on the other. In the proposed solution, the EGM08 geopotential model was used to calculate geoid undulations. The conceptual solution also proposes an interpolation method for detailed data conversion and a method for testing the correctness of the underlying data.
