This master's thesis addresses the design of a comprehensive risk and occupational health and safety (OHS) management system for a specific construction project, "Garážový dům" (Garage House), located in a built-up urban environment. The primary objective of the work was to identify key risk factors and develop a cohesive set of practical, immediately implementable measures tailored directly to the construction site environment. As part of a systematic approach, 46 hazards were initially identified and quantified using the PNH method. Subsequently, Pareto analysis was applied to isolate the 20 % of critical risks, which primarily involve falls of persons and materials from height. This selection was followed by a Bow-tie analysis, which graphically visualized specific preventive and mitigating barriers. The main contribution of this thesis lies in the transformation of analytical data into operational control and coordination tools – such as checklists, an injury log, breathalyzer test records, and contractor risk-familiarization documents – alongside a modern proposal for the digitalization of OHS management. Taken as a whole, the proposed system effectively minimizes the risk of systemic failures, addresses the limitations of the human factor, and ensures the safe progress of the entire construction process.

Studentka nejprve prezentovala výsledky, kterých dosáhla v rámci své práce Řízení rizik z hlediska BOZP na staveništi. Komise se poté seznámila s hodnocením vedoucí a posudkem oponenta práce. Studentka následně odpověděla na otázky oponenta a na další otázky přítomných členů komise: Ing. Petr Šimůnek, Ph. D.: Kdo byl zodpovědný za BOZP na stavenisti? doc. Ing. Radek Doskočil, Ph.D., MSc: Jaké vidíte rozdíly v terminologii hrozba, riziko? Jaké je možné využít opatření ke snížení rizik? Komise se na základě posudku oponenta, hodnocení vedoucího, přednesené prezentace a odpovědí studentky na položené otázky rozhodla práci hodnotit stupněm A.
