This diploma thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for the execution of a mixed-use building located in Valašské Meziříčí. The proposed building comprises a total of six storeys, of which five are above ground and one is underground. The underground storey contains a collective garage intended for parking passenger cars, motorcycles, and bicycles of employees of the commercial units and the administrative part of the building. The parking area is largely designed using mechanical parking systems. Furthermore, the underground storey includes technical and storage rooms, a room designated for electrical energy accumulators, and spaces for air-handling units ensuring ventilation of the first underground storey as well as the common circulation and sanitary areas of the remaining parts of the building. The first above-ground storey accommodates two retail units, including staff facilities, storage areas, and sanitary facilities for visitors. The second to fourth above-ground storeys are intended for administrative use and contain office spaces together with the corresponding sanitary and storage facilities. The third and fourth administrative storeys are also equipped with spacious terraces. The fifth above-ground storey serves as an access area to the main roof of the building and simultaneously as a storage space. Vertical circulation within the building is provided by a spacious three-flight staircase complemented by an elevator. From a structural point of view, the building is designed as a combined structural system. A stiffening core is located in the central part of the building layout and, together with the staircase area, is formed by monolithic reinforced concrete walls and a monolithic reinforced concrete slab staircase. The remaining parts of the building are designed as a flat-slab reinforced concrete frame structural system. The foundation structure consists of a reinforced concrete foundation slab made of waterproof concrete, to which the perimeter walls of the underground storey, also constructed from waterproof concrete, are directly connected. In the above-ground storeys, the perimeter structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete walls serving as infill walls. The monolithic reinforced concrete columns are provided with reinforced concrete column capitals at their upper ends in order to prevent punching shear of the slabs. Floor structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure is designed as a flat single-walled extensive green roof. The building envelope consists of a certified ventilated facade system with thermal insulation made of basalt mineral wool, as well as a certified external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) applied at the top storey.

OTÁZKY OPONENTA: 1) Prosklené otvory v objektu převážně tvoří okna hliníková. Jakým způsobem je zajištěna bezpečnost při pádů do hloubky? - ODPOVĚZENO, skladba bezpčenostního skla - ČÁSTEČNĚ ODPOVĚZENO 2) Střešní rovina objektu je navržena jako jednoplášťová plochá střecha, objasněte komisi jakým způsobem jsou navrženy kotevní a bezpečnostní prvky na střešní rovině. - ODPOVĚZENO 3) V textové dokumentaci je uvedeno že bude provedena příprava pro FVE. Můžete zkušební komisi objasnit, jak budou později FVE panely orientovány? - ODPOVĚZENO, DISKUZE 4) Objasněte návrh DETAILU 3 – Atika ploché vegetační střechy z hlediska provětrávané fasády a kotvení atikového plechu. - ODPOVĚZENO, DISKUZE OTÁZKY KOMISE: 1) Vodonepropustný beton - DISKUZE 2) Bílá vana, jakým způsobem je vytvořena - ČÁSTEČNĚ ODPOVĚZENO, DOVYSVĚTLENO KOMISÍ Student s dokonalým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a výborně reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
