The subject of this master’s thesis is the preparation of the construction of a residential building in the town of Hriňová. The thesis is based on the project documentation prepared by the company XXXX.
The thesis focuses on the preparation of a technical description of the building and a site coordination plan with broader relations, particularly in terms of connections to transport routes. It also includes an object-based construction schedule and a financial plan, as well as a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building.
Further parts of the thesis deal with the principles of construction site organization, including the design of the construction site layout, its graphical representation, and the estimation of operating costs. A proposal of the machinery setup, a construction schedule, and technological procedures for the execution of monolithic and masonry structures are also included, followed by inspection and test plans.
The appendix section contains a bill of quantities, a formwork drawing of monolithic floor slabs, and an assessment of the formwork removal time.
