This thesis is concerned with the development of a construction technology project for the construction of a polyfunctional building in Brno, specifically on Minská Street. The thesis addresses the technological process of construction, the economical use of resources, and the time required for implementation. The design is based on the project documentation for the construction, geological data, and the structural part of the project. The thesis includes a technical report on the construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a construction site design, a solution for wider transport routes, a design of the main construction machinery and mechanisms, technological regulations with a control and testing plan, an occupational health and safety plan, a noise study for construction noise, and an assessment of selected LEED certification credits. In addition, an itemized construction budget and a schedule for the main building were prepared. A key aspect of the project is the emphasis on the maximum use of emission-free mechanization, primarily to reduce noise pollution and eliminate local emissions.
