This diploma thesis deals with the construction technology design for the construction of the "Soláňské fojství" building. It is a new building situated in sloping terrain conditions, combining monolithic concreting technologies and assembled structures. The thesis addresses the construction implementation as a complex whole and focuses in detail on the execution of monolithic structures of the 1st basement floor and the realization of the timber concrete composite ceiling. An integral part of the project includes the study of the implementation of main technological stages, technological regulations, solution of transport routes, and proposal of main machinery assemblies. Furthermore, the thesis contains the site facilities design, time schedules, resource balance, inspection and test plans, and a proposal for safety measures for selected risks. Within the financial planning, a cost correction against standard indicators was performed with regard to the project complexity. The thesis is further supplemented by a specialized area that processes a noise study of the construction site for the phase of earthworks and rough substructure works.
