Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of a construction technology project for the building “Extension of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences – FŽP III” located in the campus of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague-Suchdol. The proposed building is a new structure functionally connected by two linking corridors to the existing FŽP I building and is divided into construction units comprising the main building, replacement/relocation of the stormwater drainage system and final site grading works.
The thesis includes a construction technology technical report, a study of the main technological stages, internal transport route assessment, a site layout design and a resource planning concept. Furthermore, a technological procedure for the execution of a monolithic floor slab is elaborated, including a control and inspection plan and selected occupational health and safety measures. The work also contains a time schedule prepared using technological standards and a preliminary cost evaluation based on the THU calculation method.
The appendices contain site layout drawings, the design and assessment of the tower crane and the concrete placing system (concrete pump), a detail of the monolithic slab termination, and a detail of drainage and anchoring of the vertical green façade. In line with the character of the building, selected sustainable and environmental features are briefly described, especially green roofs, vertical greenery and rainwater management.

Student představil svou diplomovou práci na téma – Stavebně technologický projekt pro dostavbu Fakulty životního prostředí ČZU v Praze. Student seznámil komisi s obsahem své práce. Představil obecné informace o stavbě. Poté popsal konstrukční řešení stavby a metodiku zpracování diplomové práce. Následně popsal zařízení staveniště. Popsal cíle a návrhová kritéria. Poté se přesunul k zařízení staveniště a popsal rozmístění jednotlivých ploch a situaci širších dopravních vztahů. Následně popsal posouzení mechanizace. Popsal technologický předpis pro vodorovný monolitický strop v četně pracovního postupu. Na doplňující otázky odpovídal s přehledem. Následně popsal kontrolní a zkušební plán, časové a finanční plánování. Na závěr popsal udržitelné a environmentální prvky objektu. Reakce na dotazy oponentů Na otázku – Jaké technické parametry by měla dočasná staveništní komunikace splňovat? Student odpověděl. Na doplňující otázky odpověděl. Na otázku – Čerpání nákladu na ON a VN bude v lineárním čase? Student odpověděl. Na další otázky oponenta student odpovídal a obhájil si své řešení. Odpovídal i na doplňující otázky.
