Mars Rover 1

FEKT-XPC-MR1Acad. year: 2026/2027

This course focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of developing and constructing an autonomous mobile robot for the international European Rover Challenge competition. Students work as part of the Brno Mars Rover team and participate in all key phases of development, from conceptual design and technical modeling to manufacturing and vehicle testing. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, problem-solving, project management, and effective communication. Students will gain experience in computational analysis, component design, material engineering, and fundamentals of autonomous navigation. The goal is to develop knowledge and practical skills in autonomous robotics and prepare students for real-world challenges in industry.
