Permaculture in practice (summer term)

FaVU-1PvPAcad. year: 2026/2027

The course will provide students with the opportunity to gain detailed knowledge of selected principles, tools, and practices from the broad field of permaculture design, which they can subsequently apply as a conceptual and technical foundation in their own creative practice. Participants will engage in practical activities focused on working with living systems and natural materials and will discuss the challenges associated with sustainability in the context of professional practice on the contemporary art scene. The collaborative shaping of the faculty’s outdoor spaces also incorporates elements of garden therapy, which has the potential to positively influence the well-being of the participants.
