For the purposes of classification, the standard continuous point-system is used, in compliance with the ECTS scale.

Students will be evaluated for the written project and its defense (max. 50 points) and oral examination  - case studies ( colloquium - max. 50 points)

Total 50 points for documents delivered and presented on seminars:

-Written document including the vision, mission and goals for one of the project and written plan for strategic, tactic and operative activities for the team and the manner how to control them, document will be completed by by pwp presentation (max 15 minutes, will be presented and evaluated on seminars). (max 25 points)

- Written document including the organization structure of their group with defined activities and argumentation of used principle. Defining the processes in the company including responsibilities and tasks and suggestion of functions in the teamdocument will be completed by pwp presentation (max 15 minutes, will be presented and evaluated on seminars) .(max 25 points)

Students work on documents in teams (4-8 members). The project is a team affair. It is up to the team members to schedule the work on the project.

Total 50 points for solving the case studies within colloquium. Case studies will be solved during the examination period within the announced terms.

• Case study on the identification of the +/- of external environment
• Case study on the identification and decision of bad organization and identification the mistakes

Checking the results of the team semester project and its presentation. Attendance at lectures and exercises is not obligatory but recommended. Students demonstrate their activity by the performance of the tasks for which the points are scored.
