The course focuses on acquiring practical knowledge in the field of logic functions and the design of logic and sequential circuits. It provides knowledge related to hardware design with microprocessors and microcontrollers, introduces processor architectures, approaches to working with memory, bus cycles, and instruction sets. It also includes an introduction to programmable peripheral circuits, input/output management, and memory. Protocols and standards for communication with external peripherals such as sensors, controllers, displays, or HID devices are also discussed. Topics also include energy consumption optimization and security issues, particularly in relation to applications in the field of IoT and medical technology. Laboratory exercises provide practical training in logical functions, the principles of logical and sequential circuits, reverse engineering, and microcontroller programming.
