The follow-up Master’s degree program MPCN-BTB Biomedical Engineering and Bioinformatics is a direct continuation of the Bachelor’s degree program BPC-BTB Biomedical Technology and Bioinformatics, which is also offered at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication at Brno University of Technology (BUT). Graduates may proceed to a doctoral degree program—either the Czech-language program DPC-BTB Biomedical Technologies and Bioinformatics, offered at the same faculty, or its English-language version, DPA-BTB. Alternatively, graduates may pursue a related doctoral degree program elsewhere in the Czech Republic or abroad.
