Theoretical basis of selected technological operations - homogeninizace, filtration, fluidization. Principle speed water jet technology, the possibility of using water jet technology in the construction, the parameters of high-speed water jet. Quality assessment processes using statistics. Conformance test distribution, quality control. Estimation and hypothesis testing. Basic information to ensure consistency and accuracy of measuring instruments and measurements according to Law no. 505/1990 Sb. Metrology and related regulations. Basic information for quality assurance processes according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 - Quality Management Systems - Requirements. Basic information about environmental management according to ČSN EN ISO 140001 Environmental management systems - Requirements with guidance for use. The lectures are supplemented with exercises. Exercise is part of a computational character. Students complete an exercise excursion.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
Credit: mandatory participation in exercises, preparation and submission of exercise protocols in the required scope, form, quality and time.

Aims
Professional knowledge
The student can describe basic technological processes, their principles and applications in the production and processing of building materials. The student knows the principles and possibilities of application of high-speed water jet technology in the construction industry. The student has basic knowledge of the requirements for the process control process. He has knowledge of metrology, the requirements for measuring instruments and the processing of measurement results.
Professional skills
The student can characterize processes in the production of building materials. He can use tools for the management and evaluation of these processes. The student is familiar with the issues of evaluation and implementation of processes of quality management systems, environmental management, occupational safety and energy management. The student is familiar with the issues of metrology and is familiar with related legislation. The student can assess critical elements of processes, is familiar with the possibilities of process control.
Professional competences
The student can use the acquired knowledge and skills in the context of technological processes used in the production of building materials.
