Syllabus

BLOK I. -ZÁKLADY ZPRACOVÁNÍ, STATISTICKÉHO VYHODNOCENÍ A ANALÝZY DAT
Práce se seznamy a databázemi, evidence technických dat, Kontingenční grafy a tabulky
Základy získávání (měření), zpracování, analýzy a vyhodnocení dat
Statistické zpracování experimentálních dat, statistické funkce, statistické třídění dat, míry polohy a variability
Rozdělení pravděpodobností, náhodná veličina, analýza závislosti, míry závislosti
Závislost pevná, volná, statistická a korelační; Korelační počet; Regresní a korelační analýza;
Použití analytických nástrojů pro zpracování dat

BLOK II. - VYHLEDÁVÁNÍ ODBORNÝCH ZDROJŮ
Základy chemické legislativy, Databáze vlastností chemických látek, Databáze NIST a TOXLINE/TOXNET, Patenty – mezinárodní patentové třídění, Ochranné známky, Český Úřad průmyslového vlastnictví, Vyhledávání v národních i mezinárodních patentových databázích
Informační zdroje ve výzkumném cyklu – primární, sekundární, terciální, Vyhledávání vědeckých publikací, Nejdůležitější databáze (Thomson Reuters, Web of Science/Web of Knowledge, Databáze Elsevier Science Direct, American Chemical Society, Springer, Wiley), Možnosti knihovny FCH, Národní knihovna ČR, Scifinder
