Aims

The aim of the course "Innovation Management" is to acquaint students with the basics of innovation, development, and legislative conditions for the introduction of innovation. Students will gain knowledge of what is needed for a company to start and actively implement innovations. The task is to introduce students to the innovation process, including practical experience, focusing on the possibilities of financing innovation and evaluating the innovative performance of the company.
