Project – Building Constructions

The course content is processing of project documentation of the building. Student will learn with the process plotting building structures, a way of dimensioning and markings of construction materials. Part of the task will be drafting a coordinating situation and of the technical report. Part of the task will be drafting a coordinating situation and of the technical report.
Theme is a residential building, free standing ranked under urban area of the village, for example, an apartment block with the two floors and with the partial basement for technical installations and facilities (the heating, storage boxes, garage...). Building roof as either roof timbers by using of the attics or flat roof with a receding storey. The building land in slope, appropriate for the partial basement object. The altimetry contour line, with the existing objects and with utility networks for connection of building.
