Competitive Intelligence

The subject is focused on gaining the information about the competition by legal and ethic way. As main goal of this subject students should adopt the theoretical basics and methodic necessary for gaining the knowledge in terms of preparation and own acquiring information about competition. The adoption of analytical process of gained information is the emphasis in this course together with process of gaining the added value – the new awareness about the competition.

Intelligence analysis information. (Analysis of competing hypotheses, hypothesis generation strategy, the most common errors)
Information CI cycle. Basic cycle CI reportig, five - phase model of intelligence cycle (management, collection, processing).
