Course curriculum
1.Basic consepts.Law system of the Czech state its development and place in the world context,and seen as a part of "European Law".
2.The place of the buildung law in the systems of administative law,its content and principles,its relation to implementation regulations signifucant in buildung branches.
3.Building law ist content and significance.Survey 3.and 4.part building law.
4.Survey the pursue notice to inplementation on 3.and 4.part building law.
5.Legal regulation in the field of torts and other administrative wrongs caused by individuals and legal entities in the from of penalties(5.part of building law).
6.Expropration of real estatein expropriation proceedings(part 5. of building law and number 184/2006 of enviromental impacts.)
7.Building authorities.Law on the assessement of enviromental impacts.
8.Business of individuals and legal entities in building industry under Civil and Commercial Codes and Trade Act.
9.Business based on the "authorisation"under the law on the Chamber of Authorised Professions in Building.(number 360/1992 of enviromental inpacts.)
