Value Management is the instrument of innovations preparation and implementation. Value Management embraces Value Engineering disciplines (Value Analysis, Inverse Value Analysis, Value Design and Product Strategy), managerial activities and managerial behaviour.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes
1.Active participation in exercises will be controlled and assessed by teacher – max. 100 points.
2.Successful completion of credit test – max assessment: 100 points in due term, 80 points in resit exam and 60 points in second resit exam.
