The course is focused on the court expert and expert activities, methods, and expert court expert analysis, with methods of valuation of immovable and movable property, methods of determining the amount of damage to tangible property and processing methodology expert and court expert. The course is also a risk expert activities.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Conditions of course-unit credit:
Participation in seminars, compliance of arranged tasks.
Exam:
Exam will comprise written and oral parts and classification will be according to performance level of both parts. Classification of written test will be according to the percentage of wrong answers:
6/A, 12/B, 18/C, 24/D, 30/E

2nd Expert systems approach and court expert's report
3rd System analysis
4th Matrix of hypothesis, matrix of traces, reflection matrix, correspondence of damage
5th Methods and ways to ensure the tracks and their documentation
6th Methods of expert and forensic expert analysis
7th Analysis of done in time and space, the method of re-unwinding it, the method of narrowing the limits
8th Methods of valuation of tangible property for purposes of determining the amount of damage, the level of risk and insurance claims aftermath ensure
9th Property valuation methods
10th Property valuation methods
11th Methods of valuation of movable property
12th Methods for determining the amount of damage
13th Methodology processing of expert and forensic expert. Risks expert activities.

Aims

The aim of the course is to introduce with the expert and forensic expert activities, methods and forensic expert analysis, with methods of valuation of immovable and real property, methods of determining the amount of damage to tangible property and processing methodology expert and forensic expert. The course is also a risk of expert activities.
