Course detail

CAD Systems I

FSI-RS1Acad. year: 2011/2012

The course is focused on modern technology and modern methods used in the development and design of a product. At the beginning the term “Computer Aided Design” is defined along with its integration into the production process. Next, CAD systems are dealt with in more detail, systems separated into categories and the use of each category is explained with a view to working methods and available tools. Part of this subject is concerned with collaborative design between computerized workstations over a network (LAN).
