Psychology in Business

The course focuses on psychological aspects of the business. It introduces the basics and the use of psychology in working with people, their motivation and leadership. It deals with basic aspects of perception, communication, influences the work environment, motivation and all other factors positively and negatively affect job performance.

2. Methods of detection of psychological knowledge and its application in business.
3. Personality and the importance of personality traits in business. SWOT analysis.
4. People in social space, social behavior, social interactions and their importance in a business environment.

6. Communication, communication within the organization. Basic communication strategies and their application in business practice.
7. Basic communication skills and their use: assertiveness, transactional analysis
