Diploma Thesis Project

Thesis elaboration and defence - in the field of civil protection, emergency planning and management in accordance with the approved specifications. The purpose of the course is individual work of students to address diploma project issues. The course is aimed at improving individual creative work, at analytical reasoning and at evaluating student capabilities, all with assistance of computer technology.
Acquired Knowledge and Skills:
Students will learn the basic rules of procedure of solving the engineering work tasks and will acquire basic experience in developing written reports on technical problems.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

To acquire of the ability to handle summarised literature search and the basics of chemical safety, crisis management and civil protection for the occasion of diploma thesis elaboration.
