Competence

The Department ensures in particular:

• the coordination, standardisation and harmonisation of public procurement practice at BUT,
• methodological support for the units of BUT in public procurement,
• the organisation and administration of the public procurement of the Rector's Office and, upon request, also of the public contracts of the units of BUT, including the keeping of an ongoing register thereof,
• the coordination, organisation and administration of centralised contracts,
• the representation of BUT in administrative proceedings and disputes in respect of public contracts,
• the register of administrative proceedings and disputes in connection with public procurement,
• the administration of the electronic public procurement tools.
